6. Voting Purchases

Votes cannot be transferred between contestants.
Votes have no cash value.
Vote purchases do not guarantee any competition outcome.

7. No Refund Policy

Because votes are digital products that are delivered immediately upon successful payment, vote purchases are generally non-refundable.

9. Failed Transactions

A payment cannot be reconciled,
Imperial Votes may withhold, reverse, adjust, or remove associated votes where appropriate.

Organizers represent that they own or have permission to use all uploaded materials.
14. Intellectual Property
Imperial Votes, including its software, branding, logos, designs, interfaces, content, and technology, is protected by intellectual property laws.
